The glory of reaching the goal of success doesn't come overnight.
The cornerstone of engaging and effective leadership firstly comes from painting the picture for your team. The picture of what success looks like in the end and weaving the tale of how to achieve that glory step by step and with systematic decision making across the board.
How you reach that goal, how you manage your team throughout the trials and tribulations to obtain that goal, well that's on you as the LEADER. The point of firstly laying that clear and concise groundwork for your team to then step up, synthesize the information and do what they do best, lead you to glory.
